  1. Maison Raday, Champagne Brut Nature Meunier D'ailleurs

Limited edition of only 1,191 bottles and 25 magnums, the Champagne Meunier d'Ailleurs by Maison Raday is a pure Meunier from grapes harvested in the lieu-dit Le Froids Vents in the village of Cuchery, in the Vallée de la Marne. The vineyard, planted in the 1990s on limestone and green clay, is cultivated by Régis Poissinet, who works the soil following the principles of biodynamics. This Champagne is elaborated by Valentin Tribaut, son of the Tribaut Schloesser Champagne vignerons and cousin of Aurelien Lurquin. Based on the 2019 harvest, aging en fûts for 11 months and subsequent aging in the bottle on the yeasts for 3 years. A Champagne that is experiencing great hype and is capturing the attention of many enthusiasts.

  1. Parmantier, Champagne Brut Nature Les Chincres 2018

The Domaine Parmantier Frere & Souer is a small treasure of just 10 hectares located between Reims and Epernay, more precisely in Merfy and Chamery - Premier Crus - of the Montagne De Reims. Here the brothers Celia and Stephane Parmentier manage the property following the principles of organic farming associated with strict biodynamic practices. The vinification is done using single grape varieties, single parcels and strictly "millesimé" to highlight the typical features of each terroir and of the individual vintages; priority is given to spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, no filtration or addition of sulphites. The dégorgement is still carried out à la volée. The Champagne Les Chincres 2018 is a surprising pure Pinot Noir from grapes planted in 1966 in the namesake lieu-dit in Merfy. A 2018 vintage with incredible aromatic and gustatory complexity. A deep and structured wine that vinifies and ages in barrels of oak with indigenous yeasts. A Champagne that embodies the elegance and refinement of Pinot Noir, with its ripe red fruits, subtle spices and lively freshness that make it surprising and irresistible.   1. Henri Giraud, Champagne Brut Argonne 2015

The Champagne Argonne by Henri Giraud is the most important Cuvée Prestige of the Maison, an evolution of the legendary multi-vintage Fût de Chêne. Obtained from a careful selection of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the best vineyards of Ay, after alcoholic fermentation the wines remain for a year in oak barriques (coming from the Argonne forest), and then another 7 years in the bottle on its own yeasts. Each Champagne is numbered and packaged in a splendid wooden box, and to make it even more original the "staple" is used as a closure system for the cork. A decidedly intense, full, complex, elegant and mineral Champagne, certainly collectible.

  1. Maison Jérôme Lefèvre, Champagne Brut Nature As Tongue Meets Ash Magnum

New release by Maison Jérôme Lefèvre, the Champagne As Tongue Meets Ash, limited edition of only 77 magnums, cannot be missing from your collection: a Blanc de Blancs resulting from the blending of Chardonnay and other "forgotten" varieties, the so-called Cépages Oubliés, including Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc. 2020 harvest, skin maceration for approximately 5 months in fût de chêne and over 24 months in aging on its own yeasts before dégorgement. A territorial Champagne with marked and distinctive features, decidedly original and intriguing in taste.

If you are a collector of large formats, the Champagne Krug Grande Cuvée 161ème Édition in the Jéroboam version is for you: a limited edition that left the Krug cellars after more than ten years of refinement. The 161st edition is the assembly of 134 wines selected from 12 different vintages, a selection of extraordinary reserve wines, of which the youngest dates back to 2005 and the oldest to 1990. This Champagne was created starting from the 2005 harvest , and is the result of the blend of 44% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 19% Meunier.
