Krug, Champagne Brut Grande Cuvée 172ème Édition

44% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier, Krug Grande Cuvée 172ème Édition is a stunning blend of 146 wines from 11 different vintages, the oldest dating back to 1998 and the most recent to 2016. With a total of vin de réserve representing 42% of the final blend, this masterpiece ages for around 7 years in the Maison’s cellars. Like all Krug Champagnes, Krug Grande Cuvée will continue to improve with age but even tasted now it will surprise you with its grandiose personality.

Bollinger, Champagne Brut PN VZ19

Champagne PN VZ19 is a celebration of Pinot Noir from the Maison Bollinger, with a blend of grapes mainly from the Grand Cru of Verzenay and base vintage 2019, enriched with vin de réserve up to 2009. The PN cuvée, of which this 2024 is the fourth edition, reflects the depth, elegance and tension of Pinot Noir from Verzenay, with a saline finish. With a bright golden yellow color, the nose reveals notes of acidity, yellow-fleshed fruits, citrus and honeyed aromas. On the palate it is creamy and fresh, with flavors of Mirabelle plum and citrus. Bollinger PN VZ19 is undoubtedly a Champagne to share among enthusiasts, to appreciate the multiple expressions of Pinot Noir in a new interpretation.

Carré Frères, Champagne Extra Brut Les Champ Jéanvrai

Domaine Carré Frères is a rapidly expanding reality and Edouard Carrè, the talented Vigneron who manages the property, is stealing the Champenoise scene, alongside figures such as Alexandre Chaillon, Arthur Lelièvre, Tom Gauditiabois, Clément Perseval, J.M Gandon… The Carré Frères Champagnes, of which Chardonnay is the main protagonist, stand out for their exceptional freshness, minerality, vivacity and extraordinary pleasantness. Champagne Le Champ Jéanvrai is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from a single vineyard, planted in 1964, near the village of Trépail, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims. Harvest 2020, the refinement in bottle takes place for 30 months before dégorgement, with a final dosage of 2 g/l.

Hugues Godmé, Champagne Brut Nature Les Romaines 2012

Following the principles of organic and biodynamic viticulture since 2006, Hugues Godmé produces his Champagnes in Verzenay, Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, according to a tradition that has been passed down for five generations. His Champagnes offer a new reflection for those who love full-bodied and powerful wines. The Champagne Les Romaines 2012 offers a generous, broad and balanced tasting. It is a pure Meunier, obtained from grapes harvested during the 2012 harvest in the homonymous parcel of 0.39 hectares planted in 1988 and located in Villedommange, Premier Cru in the Petit Montagne de Reims area. Over 7 years of aging and no added dosage.

Cazé-Thibaut, Champagne Extra Brut Les Fourches 2019

The familiale Maison Cazé-Thibaut was born in Châtillon-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne, and is currently led by Fabien, a "student" of Chartogne-Taillet, who has taken over the production activity. He has a true vocation for creating precise and expressive wines, capable of capturing the essence of the terroir. Result of the 2019 harvest, Champagne Les Fourches 2019 is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the namesake Lieu-Dit in Vandières. This Blanc de Blancs vinifies in fût de chêne, with an aging on its yeasts for about four years and a dosage of 1.5 g/l. It is an intense and mineral Champagne, which transmits all the emotion of its producer in creating identity wines. It will amaze you.

Francis Boulard, Champagne Brut Nature Mailly

Francis Boulard & Fille is a small family-run Maison located in Faverolles-et-Coëmy, in the Vallée de la Marne. Founded in 2009 by Francis Boulard, a historic winemaker of the region, together with his daughter Delphine, since 2017 it has been entirely managed by Delphine and her son Quentin, who continue the business with great success. Delphine, while remaining faithful to Francis' principles, in particular to biodynamic cultivation (AB and Biodyvin certifications), has been able to give a renewed pleasantness to the Boulard Champagnes. The Champagne Mailly is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, obtained from grapes from the 2021 harvest collected from the vineyards of Mailly, Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims. The fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts and the vinification takes place in fût de chêne, with a final dosage of 3 g/l. A refined, tasty and sophisticated Champagne.

Étienne Calsac, Champagne Brut Nature Val l'Hermite

Étienne Calsac is undoubtedly one of the most talented Vigneron of the Côte des Bar. His are true Champagne de Vigneron, pure and sincere, able to enhance the terroir from which the grapes come. Produced in extremely limited quantities, they are among the most sought after, true gems. Champagne Val l’Hermite is the new cuvée of Étienne, a Blanc de Noirs obtained from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the homonymous Lieu-Dit near the village of Bligny. Vinified with spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels, it ages on its own yeasts for about 24 months without any final dosage. A direct and sincere Champagne, capable of enthralling anyone who tastes it.

Alexandre Bonnet Champagne Rosé Extra Brut 2020

Located in Les Riceys, the only village in the Côte des Bar with three AOCs (Champagne, Rosé des Riceys, Côteaux Champenois), Domaine Alexandre Bonnet is run by the Bonnet family with Arbaud Fabre as CEO since 2019. The Domaine, with a vineyard museum preserving ancient vines, produces precise and expressive Champagnes that reflect the terroir of Les Riceys, also producing Côteaux Champenois Rouge and Rosé des Riceys. Alexandre Bonnet's Champagne Rosé, obtained from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2020 harvest, is vinified in white and partially in red, with gentle maceration and 6 days of maturation in the tank. Aged for at least 24 months on its own yeasts and dosage 5 g/l. With a clear and intense pink color, the nose is a complex bouquet of red fruits and spices; the palate is full, lively and structured, with silky tannins and a long, refreshing finish, which expresses the generous character of Les Riceys Pinot Noir.
