Tristan Hyest probably fully represents the figure of the artisan vigneron, the small Champagne producer, strongly tied to his terroir and coming from a family tradition of winemakers: his father above all, to whom Tristan owes much and from whom he took over the Domaine in Trélou-sur-Marne, in the area of Vallée de la Marne about 18 years ago. Tristan, in fact, has always maintained the philosophy and values transmitted by the family, those of cultivating the land with respect and awareness, through a viticulture as natural as possible.
