Welcome Coupon

Upon subscribing to the newsletter, the user will receive a welcome coupon code by email, which can be used once on a single order.

To use the coupon code, simply enter it in the “Do you have a Coupon Code?” field during checkout.

The discount will be applied to the total value of the products in the cart, excluding products already on promotion. The coupon cannot be combined with other active coupons.

Newsletter

All users belonging to Club G! profiles who are subscribed to our newsletter will be able to stay up to date with the latest news and exclusive promotions, discover new producers, and enjoy early access to offers and content reserved for our community.

Club G! Coupon

Only users with LOVER and SUPREME profiles are entitled to a dedicated discount on all orders:

• LOVER, 12% discount
• SUPREME, 15% discount

With every purchase, the discount is automatically applied in the cart and is visible in the order total summary.
The following items are excluded from the discount calculation:

• products already on promotion
• products belonging to the “Library Selection”

The discount cannot be combined with other active coupons or promotional codes. If you have a different coupon code, you may still use it, but it will replace the discount associated with your Club G! profile.

Birthday Coupon

Close to the user’s birthday date, as indicated during registration, a Coupon Code will be sent via email with a dedicated discount based on the user’s Club G! profile:

• FAN, 15% discount
• LOVER, 20% discount
• SUPREME, 20% discount

The following items are excluded from the discount calculation:

• products already on promotion
• products belonging to the “Library Selection”

The discount cannot be combined with other coupons or active promotional codes and is valid for a single purchase, to be used within the expiry date indicated in the email received.

Cashback

Only users belonging to the following Club G! profiles can benefit from cashback:

• LOVER, 2% Cashback
• SUPREME, 3% Cashback

With each purchase, the user accumulates a cashback amount in euros, calculated as a percentage of the total value of the products ordered. The accrued amount will be credited to the user’s profile once the order status changes to “delivered.”

During checkout, the user may choose to use their cashback to receive an additional discount on the total value of the products in the order.

Exclusive Previews, Library Selection

Only users with the SUPREME profile of Club G! have access to exclusive previews, with priority purchase of the products included in the Library Selection, available at a reserved price visible after logging into their account.

Due to the limited availability of certain items, some products may have a maximum purchase limit per user and remain available while stocks last.

Products from the Library Selection are not eligible for coupon discounts, but they are still included in the cashback calculation based on the total value of the products in the cart.
